This research is based on an in-depth examination of the effects of leadership philosophies on worker performance. The study will examine the impact of leadership ideologies on employee performance at Punjab, Pakistan's LESCO energy distribution firm, using LESCO Pakistan as the main case study. Both a quantitative and qualitative technique were used in this study to examine the relationship between employee performance and leadership styles. By providing appropriate tests and a valid and reliable data collection tool, the study adds substantial value to the corpus of previous research on administration, especially when considering developing countries such as Pakistan. Additionally, the developed model has undergone extensive testing and validation within the Pakistani environment.
